Model description

The model graphically shows the relationships between fractions. The base holds blocks representing various fractions, however, you can also print the elements representing fractions themselves - without the base. The model will significantly help students understand what fractions are and help in performing simple mathematical operations.

The model will be especially useful in mathematics classes.

Model elements

The model consists of 39 elements and a base. The files in the set have been prepared so that individual models can be printed individually or as part of one printout.

If you want to print more copies of the selected item, you can use the multiplier in the slicer ("multiply model" function). Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired number of models and the slicer will automatically place them on the worktop.

Among the files to be printed you will find:

Single elements files:

- Fractions with stand - stand,

- ⅕ - an element representing a fraction of ⅕,

- ½ - element representing fraction ½,

- ⅓ - element representing fraction ⅓,

- ⅙ - element representing fraction ⅙,

- 1/10 - element representing fraction 1/10,

- ¼ - element representing the fraction ¼,

- ⅛ - element representing fraction ⅛,

- 1 - element representing the whole.

Files with sets of elements - so-called plates:

- Fractions with stand - set of fractions.

Technical data

Model size (XYZ): stand - 131.20 x 132.84 x 11.96 mm.

Printing time: stand - 8 h 35 min, set of fractions - 14 h 11 min.

Filament quantity: 238 g for all elements.

Recommended filament type: SkriPLA / PLA.
