Model description

Plates with various shapes that will work well with the blind, visually impaired and partially sighted people. Models can be used for various activities involving the sense of touch, for example, to guess what is on each element.

Models will be especially useful when working with students with special educational needs.

 

Model elements

The set consists of 10 models: elements representing various shapes. The files have been prepared so that they could be printed as part of a group printout.

 

If you want to print more copies of the selected item, you can use the multiplier in the slicer ("multiply model" function). Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired number of models and the slicer will automatically place them on the printbed.

 

Among the files to be printed you will find:

Single-shape files:

- Waves,

- Circle,

- Balls,

- Square,

- Pyramids,

- Triangle,

- Zigzag,

- Plus,

- Minus,

- Donut.

 

Files with a set of shapes (so-called plates):

Plates with shapes - set: a set of all shapes.

 

Technical data:

Model size (XYZ): a plate with a single set of all elements (“Set” file) - 120 x 160 x 9 mm / a single plate - 36 x 36 x 9 mm.

Printing time: a plate with a single set - 8 h 27 min.

Filament quantity: 114 g for all elements.

Recommended filament type: SkriPLA / PLA.
