So, in my continuing line of "no one else will ever need this" crap, I present to you the front wheel bushing set for a Husqvarna HU700H push mower, part number 532439077 (#85 on the diagram, called BRACKET.FRT.AXLE.SUPPORT by the manufacturer). You will need one set for each side. There is only one screw holding this bracket in place - even the diagram only shows one screw per side - but I would highly suggest using a second screw on the other side. The holes are already there, so it just makes sense to screw both pieces. This prints best in the orientation presented - with supports enabled - and I would recommend a durable material. I used PETG, but maybe even carbon fiber would be good/better? You may want to carefully drill out the screw hole just to make it round since at 0.2mm they don't come out perfectly round. Just don't enlarge it any. I recommend at least 1.6mm walls (4 wall using a 0.4mm nozzle) and a high infill - I used 70% triangle infill.

I am a self-proclaimed know-it-all. I will tackle any project regardless of my experience, or lack thereof. Always ready to learn something new. With over 25+ years experience in electronic repair and 10+ years experience in small engine / ATV / motorcycle repair, there is nothing I can't fix, modify or build. Why a pepper? In case anyone is curious as to why there is a hot pepper embossed into most of my designs... My nickname is Pepper and that little pepper logo is a hell of a lot shorter than "Copyright © 2017 by Derek J.G.
