UPDATE v1.3: SOON (hopefully September 2020) I will be modifying the model to support the Raspberry Pi 4 shortly as well as adding support for 3.3v/5v 30mm and 40mm fans under the lid to help with cooling. UPDATE v1.2: Nov. 2018 Added parts and instructions for the Raspberry Pi 3 A+ UPDATE v1.1: Nov. 2018 Added new alternative top to completely remove the need for a support structure when printing Added Asus Tinker Board to the documentation as a supported board This is a replica of the original Sony PlayStation that was miniaturized to scale as much as possible in order to fit a Raspberry Pi. (I've verified that the Asus Tinker Board also fits.) There are lots of Raspberry Pi cases out there that are clearly influenced by the original PlayStation, but they all were designed around the size of the Raspberry Pi, so they’re meant to be as small as possible while fitting the Raspberry Pi’s form factor. I tried to replicate the PlayStation model SCPH-1001 as much as possible, all the way down to the vent design, housing screw locations, and support feet on the bottom. So this is about as accurate to the original PlayStation as I could make it, given the size limitation and the possible resolution of a .4mm 3D printer nozzle. I designed it to have as few parts as possible while still being easy to print and assemble with the least amount of supporting structures. Supports can be a pain to clean up after printing, and the way I designed this means that a clean internal setup is required.
