Fittings I made for a T, Coupling and Flange for 3/4" structural steel pipe (or SteelTek pipe from Lowes). All printed in ABS with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.4mm layer height. All parts tested to work and used to build a mini desk for a keyboard/mouse, the coupling for some reason required a little bit of "persuasion" so I edited the model to have a little bit more tolerance which is reflected in file coupling-1.stl. All fittings have holes for 1/4-20 screws, which I drilled at tapped using short 5/8" screws to hold the pipe securely in place. The T fitting requires two parts Inside and Outside as well as 2x 2.5" long 1/4-20 screws and 2x 1/4-20 nuts. Alternatively you could probably drill and tap for M6 screws.

About the author:
JimbalNy
Wanted to be an inventor since I was little, always taking things apart to see how they work. I originally got into 3d design in 2012 and would outsource the 3d prints, wasn't until 2015 when I got my first 3d printer a Lulzbot Taz 5 that I dove deep into the hobby. I got a small inheritance from my dearly departed grandmother which helped pay for it. So it is to grandma whom I dedicate all my designs to, without her love and guidance I wouldn't be the man I am today.
