Spoolio is a spoolholder for the filament shelve from 3DPrintingNerd.   I designed it with following attributes: -          easy access -          easy to assemble -          smooth winding -          fitting for most spools of filament -          adjustable width -          preventing filament tangle -          design fitting the brackets -          easy to print   What you need: print 2x the file „Spoolholdermainframex2“ print 2x the file „Pinswithcoverx2“ print 4x the file „Ringx4“     OR      use 4 bearings type „608“   Print all parts in the shown direction to make sure all parts are sturdy. You will need supports touching buildplate for the „Pinswithcoverx2“ file.   Post printing: If you choose to use the printed Rings (file „Ringx4“) instead of bearings, you should sand all the pins from the file „Pinswithcoverx2“ to guarantee the rings rolling smooth. I used a nail file with 4 sides to smooth and polish the pins. Worked like a charm. Make sure that no chunky Z-seam is inside the hole of the rings, otherwise you should remove it by sanding or with a knife. If the surface of the rings is rough, you should sand them, too.   If you choose to use bearings instead you shouldn’t need any post processing. The bearings should sit tight on the pins, so only sand them slightly if you can’t get the bearings on.   Assembly: First hoder - Place the rings/bearings over the triangle shaped holes of the mainframe, place the „pins with cover“ in the holes of the rings/bearings and push the pins into the holes of the mainframe. Second holder - Place the rings/bearings over the triangle shaped holes of the opposite side of the mainframe, place the „pins with cover“ in the holes of the rings/bearings and push the pins into the holes of the mainframe. Make sure that the holders are assembled mirror inverted to each other! Watch the video to see how it is done:   Put both parts of the holder on the wooden board, make sure that the „pinswithcoverx2“ face towards each other (rings on the inside). Adjust the distance between both parts according to the with of the spool you like to use. Place the spool on the holder and check if it is rolling smoothly. Adjust the distance, if it isn’t. Best would be, if the edges of the spool are sitting in the middle of the rings/bearings on each side. Now your Spoolio is ready and should look something like this:   I hope this Spoolio will make your life a little bit easier and you will have a lot of fun printing! Enjoy!
