This is a remix of a remix that Neophrema did over on thingiverse. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4243350) I really liked the threaded rod idea for adjustability but his design used M10 threaded rod and nuts. If you live in the US, M10 threaded rod isn't super easy to fine at the hardware store. I modified the design to fit a 7/16 rod and 7/16 nuts into the bottom mount. I closed up the nut holder in the top mount so that the nut sits outside of the mount, this makes leveling your Z gantry a breeze just by adjusting the 4 nuts up or down as needed. I also added a nut slot into the bottom clamps so that the screw is not counting on plastic threads to hold it in place. I did leave the rest of the hardware in metric because there is ready availability of M5 nuts and bolts. Big shout out to Neophrema for doing a really good job on the original remix and being very accommodating when I asked him for the .STEP files. If you want my .STEP files just let me know in the comments. You will need to print out 2 of the top mounts, 2 of the bottom mounts (one will need to be mirrored in your slicer) and 1 each of the bottom clamps. Parts you will need:2) 7/16 x ~25"8) 7/16 nuts8) M5 x 10mm bolts4) M5 x 50mm bolts4) M5 nuts Assembly is pretty easy, and you can follow Neophrema's directions if you need assistance. One tip that i do have is to put the mounts onto the threaded rod before screwing them to the printer, this will allow you to put the inside nuts on without having to send them all the way down the rod from the top.
