Developed a few masks in Feb 2020 during peak of Covid19 in Hong Kong because of a shortfall of masks. However I stopped because I realised I still need a filter to be truely effective which kind of defeated the purpose plus cheap medical masks were available by March. However the masks I see now by National health organisations are so complex and need multiple parts. All my masks are single prints without supports and can be make in PLA however Flex Pla or Flex nylon is more comfortable. I make these based on my facial scan however had to reduce the poly to be able to send to Cura to print.  The lower poly however should be able to fit many faces.  soft padding can be added if required. The full face mask I was hoping the transparent PLA would allow me to see through, therefore protect your eyes as well, however this PLA is not right.  Perhaps there will be clear PLA one day I could use. I added a smile on my final version as well as the first versions looked too sad. I added nose holes as well which seem to work. Have fun printing and give me your feedback.
