So I got a Gino Development 02-0444 TruePower Punch & Die Set (see more here: http://diy3dtech.com/punchdieset) as well as a PlamGren 1 ton arbor press (see more here: http://diy3dtech.com/plamgrenarborpress) to experiment with coin art. However many complained what when using with a hammer they broke the clear acrylic die guide (don't use a hammer spring for the press) so as I was working on making a set of die cards, therefore decided to design a replacement are part of the process. Now you might be saying, "but its not clear so I can't see to center my coin"? Well that's what the die cards will be for! Also I will upload two versions, a tight version which is the actual size and a loose version that takes into account the contraction of the plastic. Also note when mounthing there is play in the mounting bolts so reverse two pins and insert them to index the two plates and tighten them down. Note:  There are two files a tight as well as a lose version depending on your needs. If you want to see more about this die fixture, check out this video we made here: https://youtu.be/W46v39bDxsw In addition I have uploaded Fusion 360 file to make modifcations to it, to meet your needs. Also if you looking for a crazy affordable 5 Axis (yes you read that correctly) CNC, then check these out: http://diy3dtech.com/affordable-5-axis-3040-cnc/ One of the handiest tools as a maker I have is the CO2 laser as they are VERY affordable, check these out for yourself: http://diy3dtech.com/purchase-laser/
