This is ment for Prusa MK3 printer. Here's my project I worked on today. Came across a issue when printing some flexible filament that started to unstick from the bed midprint. PINDA probe hit the unsticked side and ruined the print. This incident gave me the idea to deflect the unsticked side and reduce the chance of unsticking the whole part from the bed by creating a deflector. And... here is it. Maybe will help others. Use a small zip tie to prefix the two halves. Do not tie all the way - leave a bit of slack. Mount on the PINDA probe with the zip on the right side (see attached pictures for mounting details). Make sure the PINDA lower surface is flush to the printed part lower side. Tie all the way using pliers. Cut the excess. If you want to unmount the printed part, first remove the NOZZLE FAN, after that unscrew the printed part. Remount the printed part in reverse order making sure to flush the PINDA surface to the printed part's.I recommend: - 0.15 mm layer height - ASA or ABS or PETG (avoid PLA) - print using organic supports (0.22 Z contact distance) - 5-10 mm brim - see attached pictures for details
