So all the cool kids these days are creating these animated GIF things so why should they have all the fun right? So we decided to jump in both feet first and so time-lapse GIFs however we want to do them in portrait ordination rather then landscape and to do these we would start with a time-lapse video then convert it on-line to a GIF however needed two things (1) a way to hold my old iPhone 4s in portrait mode and (2) be able to position the phone on the table at the right height to film my Monoprice Mini Delta (see more here: http://diy3dtech.com/monopricemini_delta ). So we did the only thing any self-respecting 3D Design enthusiast would do and designed our own solution and too we made it parametric on top of that! So while the STL is for the iPhone 4s, the fusion 360 file is parametric which means you simply enter your phones dimensions and Fusion will generate one to fit your phone! Also we used a standard ball head (see more here: https://amzn.to/2PyvXQP ) to mount on top a duck foot mount to hold the phone / camera.
