Description: An oval dish in Palissy-type ware. It is moulded in high relief and shows a woman dressed in long robes and leaning against a tree. She holds flowers in both hands and has flowers in her hair. By her side there are ceramic pots of flowers and gardening tools. Other figures can be seen in the background. The scene is set within a wheat ear border. French: Avon, near Fontainebleau. Date Made: 16th or 17th century AD
