If you are about to replace/upgrade the HV battery in your old Nissan Leaf (like this) - you may want these covers to protect the 4 sockets on the battery. Sometimes the donor battery will have tape over the various connectors - but sometimes not! These covers will keep out bugs, dust and curious fingers. They will be water resistant to some extent as well. Included are: 1A. A cover for the Gen1 (2011-2012) HV Disconnect socket on the top-middle of the battery. Snug friction fit. 1B. A cover for the Gen2 (2013 onwards) HV Disconnect socket on the top-middle of the battery. Snug friction fit. 2. A simple cover for the PTC Power Outlet socket. Snug friction fit. 3. An over-designed cover for the main power outlet socket. With a nice built-in latch. 4. A two-part blank plug for the B24/B36 comms socket. There's also a cookie cutter shape for making a round gasket from 1mm thick foam sheet (insert the cut-out gasket into the 'inner' part BEFORE you clip it into the 'outer' part.) This plug fits both the B24 socket on 2011 Leafs and the B36 socket on later models. Slide-in and rotate to lock in place.   And for convenience: 5. HV Disconnect plug holder for Gen 1 batteries (2011-2012) 6. HV Disconnect plug holder for Gen 2 batteries (2013 onwards) The appropriate holder is zip tied to the front of the battery (to the left of the power outlet) so it'll stay with the battery. Handy and tidy - the Disconnect plug stays with the battery no matter how to store it.   17 April 2024 update: added a HV Disconnect cover for the original (2011-2012) "Gen1" battery. Renamed the Gen2 holder STL file to distinuish it from the newly added Gen1 STL file. 16 April 2024 update: Added the HV Disconnect holders.  11 April 2024 update: I made the Gen2 HV Disconnect cover better - it now surrounds the disconnect plug more fully and has a satisfying friction zone 2/3 of the way down. And I tweaked the PTC cover slightly - the bit that juts out was too deep so I pulled it in 1mm.
