My latest project is a joystick mount that allows a 4-way joystick to rotate 45 degrees for Q*Bert and Congo-Bongo, and rotate back for Pac Man or Ms. Pac Man. It latches into each position so it won't move on you during play. It's also great for swapping out joysticks of different types. Swap out the 4-way for a Tron stick for a few games of Tron (with my spinner - ) or Discs of Tron (with my Push-Pull Spinner - ). Just print another Joystick mount for each stick. The original mounting plate is designed for Suzo/Happ style joysticks. There are also plates for Sanwa Japanese style joysticks, and a spacer for Suzo STC 500 joysticks. This mounts directly to a 1/2" thick control panel, or can be recessed 1/2" from the surface of thicker panels. You can also use washers to space it properly for thinner control panels. It needs a 5" round hole cut through the panel. 4 screws hold it in place. Due to health issues, I'm unable to work. All donations are greatly appreciated and really help out a lot. Thank you.

About the author:
ArcadeWorkshop
I've always loved classic arcade games and I converted an old arcade machine into a MAME arcade cabinet. Some of my favorite games have unique control requirements such as Spinners, Push/Pull Spinners, Diagonal 4-Way Joysticks, Top-fire Joysticks, etc. I wanted some of these controls on my arcade machine, so I designed some things to make it happen. I don't have the room for a dedicated diagonal 4-way joystick for Q*Bert and Congo Bongo, or a Tron style joystick, so I designed a mount for my 4-Way stick to be rotated 45 degrees and back without taking up too much space. This mount is also the ideal solution for swapping out different controls for different games. By adding some DB15 connectors to the wiring and printing plates for each control, you have hot-swap control capabilities. I also have an inexpensive high quality USB Plug and Play Spinner solution. And if you want a Push/Pull spinner, I've got you covered there, too. Due to health conditions I'm unable to work. Tips of any amount are greatly appreciated.
