This is a mount to attach the E3D Hemera to the Biqu B1. It uses the standard USB-C cable and PCB and takes the Biqu B1 design into consideration (for example, allow the carriage to move over the X idler to have the full 235mm width of the printer available). I did design and test this prior publishing it here, but I cannot give any warranties that it will work. If you find this useful, please consider dropping me a bit of money (5€ or 5$ recommended): paypal.me Required hardware: 3x M3 25mm ISO 7380 bolts 1x 10mm plastic spacer for M3 screws 3x 3mm self-tapping screws for plastics. Alternatively you can cut an M3 thread and use regular M3 screws or try wood screws. Additional Prints Print a Hemera fan duct which mounts to the front mounting points I've used this fan duct with this fan duct mount Printing instructions: Print using supports and remove supports afterwards. I've used PETG, but PLA should probably be fine. Remove all support material after the print, take care to remove all supports which prevent the PCB from laying flat Test if the screws fit. If you have over-extrusion, they might not fit and you need to drill out the holes using a 3mm drill. Assembly notes: The clearances for the screws given by E3D are met, but please double-check with the actual print and your actual screws. The length of a 25mm ISO 7380 M3 bolt can actually be +-0.4mm. The designed clearances also should take care of bridges and overhangs to allow proper screw clearance. Note that I did solder on a 2.54mm pitch screw terminal to attach the heater wires. However, since this requires exact crimping of the wire ferrules to fit into the screw terminal, I recommend to solder the heater cardridge wires to pre-crimped wires. The E3D heater wires are way too big to fit into the correct crimps for the PCB connectors. Mount the Biqu B1 PCB on 3 points (top left, bottom left, middle bottom) Put the 10mm plastic spacer between the PCB and the upper plate (middle top screw hole). You might need to use a file to clean up the overhang to make the 10mm plastic spacer fit. Insert the 25mm screws into the remaining screw holes Insert all cables (don't forget the part cooling fan) Attach the Hemera to the mount. I did use the middle top screw first, then the remaining two screws. Use zip ties to secure the cables in place. I have provided a small mount for that (rectangular thing on the lower right)   If you find this useful, please consider dropping me a bit of money (5€ or 5$ recommended): paypal.me This mount is based on the Biqu H2 mount for the Biqu B1 by DaStivi.
