So, I got about 8 months of print time on my AD4 3D printer. I started to get a lot of nozzle errors where it stopped print jobs on me. I contacted support but the extruder parts only have a 3 month warranty. All the online sites are sold out of these nozzle clips. So, I grabbed my calipers and went to work on these little clips. I went thru about 3 iterations of this making some small adjustments here and there. Here is the final outcome. Important: Disconnect the extruder housing filament tube and ribbon cable, then remove the extruder housing completely from the gantry (Its super easy, just two screws and will make this so much easier for you.  Do not drop the screws into the bed trenches The-Upside-Down).   https://youtu.be/4h4rgS78weg Note: The levers that connect and hold the nozzle have a better fill tolerance than the OEM clips. These will minimize nozzle movement when the filament extrudes, then retracts. I had a hard time getting the hole where these sit within the extruder housing, to fitting perfect, and didn't want to mess with the model any further so I made the holes slightly too small. I used a deburring tool on the inside of the large hole to make it slightly bigger. Taking a little off at a time and checking the fit each time I removed a bit more filament from the model. Be careful making the hole too big, as too much play will allow the nozzle to wiggle a bit more than it should. You want it to be snug, but with no resistance when you move the clip back and fourth without the spring inserted. Once the fit is right, install the spring, install the cover and make sure your nozzle locks in securely and can easily removed before you re-install the extruder onto the gantry. https://youtu.be/IjfL6YZD_jY
