This is a cutting jig for 8.5 x 11 inch transparencies used in the 3DVerkstan face shield design for the COVID-19 pandemic. Useage instructions: https://youtu.be/IKM98m1MHrQ UPDATE 8APR20: More slices! I've sliced the whole cut and punch jig into four sections for printing on smaller print beds (these will all fit on a 185x185mm bed if printed separately). Look for the Sliced Cut and Punch Jig STLsUPDATE 3APR20: I've sliced and slotted the punch jig in half so it can be printed on a 150x150mm bed! Look for the Sliced Punch Jig STLsUPDATE 31MAR20: I've added a punch-only jig that will fit on smaller printers (such as the Ender 3) if you orient the part at 45° on the bed!    After printing sliced jigs, the sections snap together. If they're loose you may want to secure them with super glue or melt them together with a soldering iron.   3DVerkstan page for visor downloads and instructions (Many thanks to Erik Cederberg!): https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor  This is designed to secure several films at a time with paper clips and uses a single hole punch for the holes. You can cut out the bottom corners of the film with either scissors or a knife and cutting board. When punching holes, insert your hole punch as far as it can go into the slot, line it up with one side of the slot, punch a hole, then line it up with the other edge and punch a second hole. This creates a wider hole that will fit on the visor pegs making the shields easier to assemble!STL and STEP files are included in the download for easy remixing. Please let me know if you need any assistance or modifications, I'll see what I can do!
