Carreg Coetan Arthur is a wonderfully preserved neolithic burial chamber in southwest Wales. Legend says that King Arthur played quoits here, which is why the name means Arthur's quoit stones. And not only is it one of the best preserved neolithic dolmen in Pembrokeshire, but also it is one of the most impressive, having a capstone that Wikipedia says is around 4m long and dates to around 3000 BC. So this is a small 3D printable model of the dolmen at an approximate scale of 1:76 (Hornby OO) for use in model railway layouts and dioramas. On a fused filament printer it should be possible to 3D print it without any support material at that scale when oriented upright. The two capstone parts can then be glued together using the small link box and, after painting, positioned on the base stones using the small hole and peg for positioning. The scan was made from a LumaLabsAI mesh generated from reframed dewarped Insta360 video footage and processed in Nomad Sculpt, Meshmixer and Blender. It is provided for non-commercial use as stated in the license.
