A fan for cooling your batteries to prevent overheat which results in fast cell degradation (shorter battery life) especially during fast charging (>1A). Can be used on various charger style, from standard chargers for AA/AAA, 18560, to various battery pack sizes, as long as the wind blows directly to the batteries. Example use 5V 0.2A fan which blows more than enough air to help dissipate heat from fast charging 18560 & AA on LiitoKala charger, printed using Polymaker PolyTerra PLA Sunrise Orange & Sunlu PLA+ Black. Parts:- FDM print all models once using hard plastic like PLA, PETG, ABS without support; highly recommended to print using flame retardant plastics for additional safety measures- 1 x 60x60x15mm / 6015 DC Fan; can use a thicker fan if you'd like- 6 x M3 x 15mm Screws- 6 x M3 Nuts- 1 x SPST 2 Pin Switch 15x10mm; optional but recommended for easy switch on/off, you will need a solder to do this Assembly:- Insert the nuts into the printed models- Plug the switch into the hole on Stand, then solder the switch in between the fan cable- Knot the cable before installing the fan on the Main Body so it can act as cable stopper/retainer- Screw down the Main Body to the Stand and done!
