This is a remix of the Atreus62 High Profile Keyboard Case on Thingiverse (thingiverse.com/thing:3246981), designed by holtenc (thingiverse.com/holtenc/designs). What I have done is chop the two parts (top and bottom) into a total of seven, so it can be printed easily on a printer that has a bed smaller than 12 inches. I cut it up in a way that it can be assembled with CA glue, have good overall strength, and not have a seam running right down the middle of the keyboard. The cut up design has horizontal holes in the base for alignment/glue-up pins made from ~10mm long dowels, 3.5mm in diameter. For me these were cut from a bamboo skewer. There were vertical holes put into the top pieces, but I found they were unnecessary for the glueup. I just left them empty. Final assembly of the top and bottom require 2mm heat-set brass inserts pressed into the underside of the top and 2mm x 4mm screws through the bottom. I got both of these from McMaster Carr. Links to the parts are available here: thingiverse.com/thing:3246981 A PCB, diodes, switches, keycaps, and a handful of other components are also needed for the rest of the build. Refer to Profet Keyboards, the designer of the keyboard for details. (shop.profetkeyboards.com) Print quality was good and the pcb fits with switches inserted. Printed on a Creality CR-6 SE at .12mm layer height. Support is needed for the center piece of the base and the left and right halves of the top.
