UPDATE: Unfortunately because of file limits and the trouble I have with the upload system. I have limited this release to just the 24mm & 30mm push buttons. For access to the 70+ other STL files in this collection, please visit Makeronline, Printables or Thingiverse. Apologies for the hassle. - - - Please allow me to present: The 3D Printed Arcade Push Button Monster Collection! The button widths (diameters) are 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48 & 60mm The control panel or 3DP box material thicknesses catered for are 4, 6, 8, 12, 15, 18 & 22mm If your mounting material is somewhere between, then I have provided washers of 1, 2 & 3mm So that you don't need to route massive holes in your control panel I have limited the hole diameters to 18, 24 & 30mm for the rest. There are 3 parts involved, after deciding the button diameter you require (eg 24) then you need that size push button (eg B24) followed by the matching casing (eg C24) and then whatever the thickness of your mounting material, let's say 12mm. So the two stl files required are: B2412.stl & C2412.stl The third part required is the standard (~28 x 16mm) micro switch. The idea is that the mounting material is trapped between the lip (or skirt) of the exposed push button and the micro switch below. I make my mounting holes the size I require (eg 30mm for 30mm push button) but this does make them tight to push in, at times requiring a light sanding, obviously you could cut or print the hole a little wider. The micro switches fit snugly into the casing but I did provide side holes if you need to screw or wire tie them in. Any questions or requests, please just ask.
