So... Airbrush Spray Booth Air Filter was a bust. Neither fan, even when stacked together had enough power to pull air through either a coffee filter element or a small engine pre-filter, much less paint particles. So.... Enter Airbrush Spray Booth Air Filter version 2. This one utilizes an AC Infinity AXIAL 1238W, 120vAC, 120mm x 38mm Muffin Fan, model #HS1238A. For the filter, I used a carbon filter that I trimmed to fit the tray. Same basic design as the first version - fan mounts on the carrier; that bolts to the cardboard box (I think I'll mount it on the rear wall this time); the filter lays in the tray; the insert holds the filter in place; and the tray slides in to the carrier. I especially like the looks and feel of this one. With the size and shape, it's like pulling a negative plate out of a large format camera :) Anyway... this one does have enough power to do what it's supposed to do. As usual, print in the orientation presented for best results.

I am a self-proclaimed know-it-all. I will tackle any project regardless of my experience, or lack thereof. Always ready to learn something new. With over 25+ years experience in electronic repair and 10+ years experience in small engine / ATV / motorcycle repair, there is nothing I can't fix, modify or build. Why a pepper? In case anyone is curious as to why there is a hot pepper embossed into most of my designs... My nickname is Pepper and that little pepper logo is a hell of a lot shorter than "Copyright © 2017 by Derek J.G.
