This is an E3D V6 hotend mount, along with a fan mount and air ducts for the Adimlab Gantry-S 3D printer. The heatsink air duct used is the blue one that comes with an E3D hotend. This setup works with the OEM fans, thermistor & heater. Optional, but I printed some small washers to mount the fans. They can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3759981 I tried to print all these parts together but had trouble with the air ducts. Recommend printing the air ducts by themselves. I printed the ducts with the duct opening straight up and with support everywhere. This put support on the bottom in the fan opening and a little bit on the inside edges of the duct, but it was all easy to remove. I used PETG for its flexibility and heat resistance. ABS should work very well and PLA should be fine too. Once you get everything printed, I recommend installing the groove mount first, but don't put the hotend on yet. The fan mount goes underneath, but you do not need any hardware to mount it. It slips onto the OEM hotend mounting pins. Do check everything for fit first. I recommend mounting the fans onto the fan mount first and then put the fan mount into place as the screws are very small. Use a tray or something underneath to catch the screws/washers if you drop them. Don't forget to put the air ducts on when mounting the fans. You will also need to remove the fan that came with the blue air duct and put the OEM fan on in its place. After the fans are all mounted and ready to go then work on the hotend. If you have some polymide tape I recommend removing the tape from the heater and thermistor and arranging them with the thermistor wires towards the back and as flat as possible. Be very careful with the thermistor. For the E3D V6 groove mount you will need the following hardware:2 each, 3mm square nuts2 each, 3mm x 8 screws1 each, M3 x 25 screw and 1 M3 nut For the fans here is the hardware:8 of the 3D printed washers above (optional)Top: 4 each, 2mm x 8 and 4 each 2mm nutsBottom: 4 each, 2mm x 12. Don't forget to put the fan ducts on. (I didn't use nuts on these screws, you could if you used slightly longer screws).   I used 35% cubic infill except the air ducts. Print the air ducts with 100% infill. The fan mount doesn't need any supports. I printed the groove mount with support everywhere. Rotate the air ducts with the duct opening straight up and with supports everywhere.
