This is part of the series of 30 exercises developed during the 3D4KIDS program. One of the aims of this Erasmus+ program is to improve the knowledge of teachers regarding the 3d printing technology by developing some specific training materials. More info in the website: https://www.3d4kids.eu/ The lesson is about designing and printing a 3D map of Mediterranean islands in order to understand the right geographic position and location of them. It will also serve to learn the size of some of the biggest islands of the Mediterranean area, their territorial structure together with their difference and similarities. The Mediterranean islands have been identified are: Sicily and Sardinia (Italy) Cyprus and Corsica (France). The exercise will help also to understand the 3D printing technics.
