This is going to be my first full project that I will release online. This prosthetic is a basic model designed to be 3D printed and improved, but not for actual use (yet). All parts are printable with the correct orientation, and are assembled using Vex 8-32 screws and nyloc nuts. I am using an HS-311 servo to control all digits uniformly. As a note, I am working on making 3D printable screws and nuts for the design (which I will include), but they are very much a WIP and I recommend using real screws and nuts instead.  Each lower joint has about 65 degrees of motion, and each upper joint has about 30 degrees. This is due to the placement of range limiters for each joint (2 for the upper, 1 for the lower). These pieces are relatively fragile, so take care during assembly. Each limiter is marked in the attached PDF.  Printable Object Counts:  - 3x Upper-Finger  - 3x Lower-Finger - 1x Palm - WIP // 5x 8-32 1.000" Screws + 1x 8-32 1.750" Screw Beyond the printable objects, I used the following materials to assemble the functional apparatus:  - 1x HS-311 Servo - 5x Vex 8-32 x 1.000" Screw - 1x Vex 8-32 x 1.750" Screw - 4x Vex 8-32 Nylock Nuts - 3x Rubber Bands (any type) - String of Varying Lengths   I will update this post as I improve it and/or make revisions. If you have any questions, email me at [email protected]. My response may not be immediate, but I will make an effort to answer everything.

About the author:
Keaton1210
I'm a student (senior in HS) with an interest in 3D modeling and fabrication. I do not publish most of my works, though I have a few projects that I'd like to make public in the future. Anything I post (for the foreseeable future) will be free and open for improvement, so long as I am cited as the original creator.
