This time I challenged the lager model having 10 inches Fan using with my small printer.This is not just the scale up model, all parts newly re-designed to rotate by small motor.As first phase, “Fan Module” is uploaded.In near future, “Engine Module (Gas Generator) will be uploaded. A. The features of “Fan Module” are as follows. ① 10 inches Diameter Fan Rotor, Assembly type ② Double-Helical Type Fan Drive Gearbox (FDG) ( 5 Pinions, 1/3 Ratio) ③ Fully Metal Bearings are used for Rotational Model (turned by 3V Battery) ④ Separated Large Size Parts for 150mm Size Printer B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 16 pages) The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)". C. Purchase Parts Information; - Bearings 6804ZZ (20x32x7) (2ea), 6900ZZ (10x22x6) (1ea) and DDL-1050ZZ (5x10x4) (5ea) -Screws Micro screws M1.4x3.5L & M1.4x6L - Direct screw-in to 1 mm dia hole (No nut) But if you have the M1.4 Tap, it will be very useful. Screws M2 x ** - See Parts List Size, quantity and length of screws can be adjusted by your experience. D. STL file Total STL files are 42 items including the stand and tools. “ws” of last 2 digits of file name means “With Support” special designed. E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 97HR - (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.3mm Layer Height, 20% infill and No raft and support) Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience. F. Printing settings Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience. My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
