Welcome to Morocco! This model was designed by Mohamed Naciri @mohamed.naciri21 The largest TAJINE in the world is in the city of Safi, midwestern Morocco. Presented on July 10, 1999 in Safi's Mohamed V square, by initiative of the Association of Economic Operators of the capital of Abda. The large Tajine (clay plate with conical lid) is 6.30 m in diameter and 4.5 m high. It was decorated by the best potters in the city, and it is fully functional, as it is contains barbecue equipment. It was used to cook a Guiness Record-breaking meal of the same name. Aside from meatball tajine, two-thirds of which were distributed to the needy in the region, the organizers also served 3.5 tons of grilled sardines.
