I'm sure I'm not the first homebrewer to have this problem: My fermenter uses tri-clover style sanitary flanges. My gas system uses corny keg ball lock connectors. These are both pretty standard on modern homebrew setups. I want to push my beer out of my fermenter and into a corny keg using gas pressure. I need an adapter which, for some reason, no one makes. Luckily I have a 3d printer (several in fact). This thing has the right thread to take a corny keg ball lock gas post (threads are not standard across manufacturers so no guarantees here) and connects to a 1.5" tri-clover flange. Note that in this application the fitting is only holding 2-3psi of gas pressure, just enough to push the beer. The lid seal of the fermenter would vent any higher pressure. Using this adapter in any higher pressure system could cause severe injury, death and lawyers. We talked about this and a whole lot more on the 3D Printing Today podcast available on iTunes, or Stitcher radio learn more at http://www.threedprintingtoday.com/
