Every time I go to the Bentonville farmers market, I see this sign shining bright in the saturday morning sun. Since it is lit at night, I decided to make it hollow so it could be lit with LEDs from the inside. The sign can be printed with either clear or translucent filament for the letter panels. Do a filament swap to change the color for the letters. The whole assembly is glued together to achieve a seamless appearance. For the LEDs I stuffed the sign full of fairy lights (https://amzn.to/3DZB5ns) but the inner trace is wide enough to mount an adhesive led strip. The inner trace has outlets to let wires come through for power.
