As an addition to the grandkids, kids, parents and grandparents Halloween Trick Or Treating costumes, I designed this "somewhat stretchy" (e.g. grandkid "resistant") Happy Halloween Bracelet that slips gently over the hand and onto the wrist. The inside diameters of the included files for the bracelet are sized for most of our grandkids at 58mm, and I simply scaled these files up for the older grandkids, kids, parents and grandparents (my wife and I of course!) prior to 3D printing using the Ultimaker Cura 4.2.0 scale function using values of 1.1 through 1.3 across the X, Y plane. I've include both the single extrusion "Happy Halloween Bracelet.stl" and dual extrusion "Happy Halloween Bracelet.3mf" files for the bracelet, as well as the individual black "Happy Halloween Bracelet, Black.stl" and orange "Happy Halloween Bracelet, Orange.stl" files I used for dual extrusion if you wish to merge them yourself prior to dual extrusion printing. I printed our bracelets at .15mm layer height, 20% infill with no supports in both PLA and Ultimaker Tough PLA (again for grandkid "resistant" performance). In order to obtain a cleaner dual extrusion print given the finer lettering details of this model, I enabled the Ultimaker Cura 4.2.0 "Prime Tower" and "Ooze Shield" options with excellent results (I've included a photograph of a dual extrusion print of the bracelet with the prime tower and ooze shield options enabled, note the strings attached to the prime tower would be attached to the model if not for the prime tower), and even with these options enable Ultimaker Cura 4.2.0 reported the use of only .85m of bracelet color and .33m of letter color, making this bracelet what I call a "remnant print" (printable with only a few "remnant" meters remaining on the spool(s)). Without these features enabled, Ultimaker Cura 4.2.0 reported the use of only .62m of bracelet color and .18m of letter color. Given the simplicity of this model I truly hope I didn't forget anything this time, but if I did, please feel free to let me know. And finally, our family hopes you and yours enjoy this model and have a happy and safe Halloween! Designed using Autodesk Fusion360, sliced using Ultimaker Cura 4.2.0, and printed in PLA on an Ultimaker 2+ Extended, and PLA / Tough PLA on an Ultimaker 3+ Extended and an Ultimaker S5.
