I had an excellent artist create this for me as I cant create organic 3d images. His name is Roman Kupalov and was originally posted to Thingiverse. Please see Thingiverse for any copyrights that may apply to these files. This is what he posted: I made this model by request of one good person, Ryan D Hoke. Are here what he said:This character is a mascot for a rare disease research group, Castleman Disease Collabrative Network. He is a warrior. His helmet is in the form of a Castle Wall tower and he wears Knight armour. He resembles a the strength and courage to fight against the Castleman's Disease.   Castleman's Disease is a rare and deadly illness which is caused by the bodies immune system. The immune system attacks the body and organs of the patient. This disease is deadlier than all cancers combined and is common as ALS (Remeber all the ice bucket challenges.) This Castleman Warrior is a reminder to all patients and their loved ones what it is like to be strong and fight with the hopes of finding a cure. To find out more about this disease and help find a cure check out CDCN.org and visit Castleman Warriors to see some of the Castleman Warriors helping to bring awareness to this deadly disease. I spent several nights to do this model, so please, spend a few minutes and visit the Castleman Warriors web page above. Thanks a lot! And as usual - print it, share it, enjoy it!PS: you may ask why knight have no sword and where you can get it? Easy - a lot of the swords are available on the Thingiverse, so choose any you like. Just play with it size to fit the knight hand. Update 2017-06-11:Model in pose was fixed, re-download please.(filename: CastlemanWarriorMascotcombinedInPosefixed.stl) Update 2017-06-12:I found an issue with the shield handle - it is too big (zero tolerance), and almost impossible to put inside hole in the shield. Sorry, that was my fault, I did not apply tolerance correction on it after latest changes. Please scale it down the handle a little (from 100% to 96-94%) meanwhile, and I will fix the model when I will have a chance. Update 2017-06-13:Shield handle size/tolerance fixed. Print SettingsSupports: Yes   Notes: Model should be printed with the supports! I made another, a sliced version (filename: CastlemanWarriorMascotFULLSETsliced.stl) of it, for easier printing, but it may need supports in some places anyway. So choose what you like more but I would recommend to print usual, not-sliced version by default (filename: CastlemanWarriorMascotFULLSET.stl). Print the included tolerance test (filename:CastlemanWarriorMascotTOLERANCE_TEST.stl) at first - details should not fit too tights or too freely. Adjust print settings if needed. Use drop of glue to fix the shield handle, that is necessary.
