Tired of bible thumpers at your door? Have some weirdo try to sell you steak out of the back of his pickup truck? Just wanna avoid having to peek out a window and risk getting seen?!?!? Well we have the product for YOU! Introducing the IPi! No we didn't cheekily rip off Apple's naming scheme. IPi is named after the fact this is a wireless camera to stream video to your device! Using its IP address, you can connect via VNC and VLC; or by using motionEyeOS! This WONDROUS device is is built with a Raspberry Pi Zero W and the Raspberry Pi Camera V1 (V2 Camera should fit as well, but was not tested) Here at FFFTech, our bumbling engineers hate wires, (DEAR GOD THEY'RE EVERYWHERE) so being a Raspberry Pi with wireless capability, only the power cord is needed to be connected! But with a little know-how, a portable power source can be added for even LESS fiddly wires! Due to the idiot engineer's design intent on security, the IPi should be printed in a color the closely matches it's surroundings, or at least Black, to make it more difficult to see in darker environments. But YOU can print it in any color you want; from: "That's some ripe cheese..." Yellow, all the way to "HE"S CHOKING!" Blue! So STOP answering door salesmen and START hiding behind your computer! About the author:
FFFTech
From the Empire State; FFFTechnology is an undertaking to bring common use, open source hardware to the masses. Everything designed has a function, with little care for frill; while using just the right amount of material to get the job done. All designs are tested about a month's time before uploading, so nobody has to feel like a beta tester when they just want a tool that works. You'll find designs from a variety of fields; from domestic usage models like coat hooks, table lamps, and door wedges; to more "specialty" models like the E-Vise Series, Raspberry Pi enclosures, and the IPi Security Camera Series. Everything on this site, my own site, and Prusa Printers are 100% open source. Everything here is free to download and share with others as you see fit.
