My Fluval Edge fishtank came with an IR Remote to control the lighting. A regular household time didn't work, so I built an arduino based timer. The 3D printed shell requires 4@ M3x30 Bolts and 4 sets @M2x8 Bolts and nuts for the display.  BOM: Arduino Nano Arduino Nano Terminal Expasion Board DS3231 Real Time Clock Infrared Transmitter 5v Power Supply 2xPushbuttons OLED Screen   Arduino INO File Electronic Connections: Arduino Nano plugs into epansion board Real Time Clock connects to 3v3, GND, I2C (A4,A5) Display connects to 5v,GND, I2C (A4,A5) Run long wires from IR Transmitter through the small hole and into 5v,GND and Digital3 Button 1 connects to Digital4 & GND Button 2 connects to Digital5 & GND
