After many, many attempts to get the upload/download system to work (all six stl files present in zip). I give up. Please go to Makeronline, Printables or Thingiverse to download the files, search under the same name. My apologies for the hassle, I will keep trying. STL VERSION RELEASED! - It is time (after 2+ years) for this model to be freed from my Patreon. I grouped the three handle versions together because I couldn't stop them from laying on their side in the slicing software and it's a pain to get them upright, well upside down as they are supposed to be printed. So just either print them all or cut out the versions you don't want within your slicer. --- The Atari 2600 was my first games machine and so the CX40 was my first joystick and it survived long enough to be used with my ZX Spectrum and C64. I loved that hunk of plastic but I knew even then that it wasn't the best joystick out there, so after 40 years and the purchase of a 3D printer, here is my remake of the CX40 with whatever quality level of arcade parts you want to house in it. I admit, I have a cheap sanwa clone joystick installed and it feels good to me. Maybe it's the rose tinted nostalgia glasses blinding my view but I hope it brings a smile to some other players out there. Now you will have to excuse me as I have this strong desire to play some Battlezone, Empire Strikes back & Wizard of Wor on the old 2600 pixel pusher...   MY PATREON & PATREON SHOP.patreon.com/3DFreeman You could join up for a month and download the STL files for all my designs or you can now buy bundles from my Patreon shop for $3   Here's a non-affiliate ebay link to the type of cheap and cheerful Sanwa clone I use: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/334119951114?hash=item4dcb19db0a:g:Ka0AAOSwaqxhHjfn&frcectupt=true Print SettingsPrinter: Adventurer 4Rafts: NoSupports: NoFilament brand: AnyFilament material: PLANotes: The Sanwa clones mounting plate screws (x4) are what you use to screw the joystick into the housing, so dont lose 'em!
