Looking for an enclosure for a Wanhao Duplicator Plus, I came across many different designs utilizing the Ikea Lack table. I dislike asymmetrical design that put all the height in the feet, and figured that if I designed an enclosure having matching pieces at the top and bottoms of the legs that it would give me also provide a way to hold plexiglass sides. Here are the goals I have with my design: symmetric design built-in side holders mount on top of an existing computer desk integrated hinges, door stops, mounting points I created a few different designs and modified as I went. Thanks to many great designs I didn't have to start from scratch, specifically I have used or incorporated the following objects: Lack Filament Grommet (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1821844) Quick Hinge (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47591) Door Handle (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:36465) For the most part everything worked the first time.  My pictures are of my first version, but the stl files here fix a few of the issues I ran into in assembly. The two basic changes are: 1) added mounting points to the inside of the corner brackets to securely attach to the table top and base; 2) added stops to the hinge bottoms to hold the door in place without screws; 3) enlarged the hinge holds on the hinge parts so that the printed hinge pins fit. The pin on my original hinges proved too brittle and broke off. I took a drill bit and drilled out the broken part and cleaned up the hole on the other part, then screwed a simple machine screw in each and it works perfectly.
