Material: Bronze. Accession no: HCM 082. Current Location: The Hunt Museum, Limerick. This is a chasse or reliquary box in bronze from the late 13th Century. It is house-shaped with the lid and body hinged together. There are suspension rings at each end for suspension from the neck. It is decorated with engraved foliate tendrils.
