Purpose: This plastic part is a cover for your 200W PSU bloc.It was designed based on model S-200-12 We are now switching our Heatbeds to 220V versions. For Scalar M (bed 300x220mm) => 400W 220V heatbed , can heat to 110°C in 2 minutesFor Scalar XL (bed 435x320mm) => 700W 220V Heatbed, can heat to 110°C in 3 minutesDoing this allows us to reduce the power needed on the Power supply side.We can now use 200W PSU instead of 360W PSU.200W still allows us to provide enough power for 2 extruders + 2 hotends and still keep enough flexibility for extensions. The Thermoplastic will go at the bottom. The metal insert might not have thread, so the thermoplastic shape of the screw will allow you to attache the bottom part of the box to the PSU itself. The 200W PSU model has very limited ways to attach the front casing. The 2 chosen screw holes seems enough to keep the casing in place.
