While working on my Halbach PM generator (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2374343) i came to a point whhre i would need to eventually test it and the easiest way to do that is with the newspaper rubber bands i get from work. I know there are several pulley sets out there but i had time to kill so i designed a set that goes from 37mm to 125mm it also includes some multi-speed pulley sets. these pulles are designed to be used on a M10 bolt, because that is what i am using in the center of my PM generator, however as always i have included the Blender file so that you can mess around with it also as always the scale for print should be 10% as i design in CM and it is actually MM, you dont get as many zoom options in blender when you are doing MM and you cant get stuff just right in my experience. there are two different sets of pulleys oines that are desinged to cap off the hub to enclose the head of the bolt in the hub and another set that are designed to ride the bolt and use the hub to lock the bolt head to the pulley, the only difference is the centers of the ones to ride the bolt have a 10MM hole in the center. the hub and small bolt holes are for 3MM threaded objects (allthread, pan screws, bolts) on my prints and my machine the holes are small enough to not have to use nuts. miles may vary . eventually i plan to design a derailer like a bycicle has to use the conbo gear sets to change the speed on the fly with a 9G servo,,, maybe tommorrow   Rubber Band Pulley Collection by tbillion (Travis Johnson) is licensed under the Creative Commons - Attribution - Non-Commercial - No Derivatives license That being said if there are any questions about liscensing this for commercial / profitable / or Governement Based Education Facilities (K-12 or college) please contact me to discuss options.
