Rev 06 (30-Oct-19):  Added printing tips and slightly updated design.  In short:  use PETG.  See red-glitter photos for latest print. Rev 01 (05-Feb-18):  Fixed bolt hole in clamp tabs.  Now = dia 4.5mm. Based on the concept of the Norwegian Creations dust boot, but drawn from scratch to fit my Boxzy 3-in-one, which uses a Makita RT0701 router.  My first job with it was to machine a clear lid for the vaccum chamber so that I could see the chips fly.  Clamping tabs are set up for an M4 socket head cap screw and M4 hex nut, but it fits snugly enough onto the dia 65mm router that I don't really need the clamping screw.  The two exhaust ports ensure that the router's fan doesn't blow down into the chips The single vacuum port is designed for a household shopvac or vacuum cleaner (tapers from dia 30mm min to 31.6mm max).  The groove around the base of the exterior was intended for glueing on a strip of bristle brush, but thin polyethylene foam simply attached with double-sided tape worked suprisingly well. Use M4 screws for the lid
