The sculptor, Vincent Adrien Robert Kesserling, ordered a block of white marble to be deposited on the border of lake Leman. From 1987 to 1989 he sculpted the Lady of the Lake in front of passersby who, by the time he was done with it, were marvelled at the sight of his work. This dataset has been acquired and processed by the students of the Digital 3D Geometry Course taught by Prof. Mark Pauly at the School of Computer and Communication Sciences at EPFL, Switzerland.
