Description: A spirit barrel in Irish delftware. It is white with a bung hole in the centre of the long axis and at the edge of one end. It is decorated in blue with two bands of scroll decoration and many plain bands. The barrel is inscribed beside the hole in the long axis with the letters I and F and underneath with the date 1748. Date Made: 18th century AD
