This pot, part of the MUSE collection, dates back to the Bronze Age, about 4 thousand years ago. It was founf in the pile-dwelling settlement of Molina di Ledro (Trento, Italy), an archaeological site which has returned one of the most consistent and precious documentation of the Alpine Bronze Age. In fact, from the site come not only equipment used for the production of bronze, but also artifacts for the weaving activity (flywheels for spindle, loom weight, elbow, belt), armament (sword blade, dagger), elements ornaments of great prestige such as the amber necklace, agricultural tools (hatchet) and the so-called " enigmatic tables " (small terracotta or stone objects with impressed motifs).
