This skeleton of a male Orangutan comes from Borneo. It was collected by British Colonial Administrator, Zoologist, and Ethnologist, Charles Hose, who lived and worked on the island until the early twentieth century. The taxidermy mount was prepared by Gerrard’s taxidermy company in London ___________ This object is scanned by Horniman Museum
