Found near the temple of Hephaestus in the ancient Agora of Athens. The relief that adorned the stele is preserved, with a fragment of the first line of the decree. Amphiaraos is depicted at the left with the honorand. Artikleides, next to an altar in the middle, being crowned by the goddess Hygieia. Their names are carved on the epistyle. The decree granted privileges to Artikleides for services rendered by him to the cult of Amphiaraos.
