The 4th century BC saw the production of some of the most elaborate jugs in human form. The unknown woman wears a rosette headdress and jewellery that was originally gilded. At the base of the sprout are two seated female figures and at the front, a bust of a woman. The whole was brightly painted.    This object is part of "Scan The World".
