Camulogene was an Aulerci elder and leader of the 52 BC coalition of the Seine peoples according to Caesar. He put a scorched earth policy in place, burning Lutetia then trying to ensnare Titus Labienus's troops. He died in the battle of Lutetia. The Rue Camulogène in Paris is named after him. This marble sculpture depicting Camulogene was sculpted by Eugène-Louis Lequesne (born in Paris 15th February 1815, died in the same city 3th June 1887), a French sculptor.   This object is part of "Scan The World". Scan the World is a non-profit initiative introduced by MyMiniFactory, through which we are creating a digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks and landmarks from across the globe for the public to access for free.
