The main door of the hall's chapel was decorated with busts, one of a woman dressed in the style of the sixteenth century and one of a man in classical attire, both presented in medallions. This association of noble pomp and humanism can be seen on the decorative sculptures of other French churches such as Gisors, Montfortl'Armaury and Champeaux
