Leonie Molenaar was a sculptor, painter, draftsman, pen artist, manufacturer of gouaches and a medalist. She was born in Utrecht in 1938. She worked in Amsterdam, Maastricht, Antwerp und Amstelveen. Her most common subjects to handle would be nature. She would have completed a wide variety of degrees, such as at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie (Amsterdam), Jan van Eyck Academie (Maastricht) and at the Nationaal Hoger Instituut voor Schone Kunsten (Antwerpen).  She was also member of association Beroepsvereniging van Beeldende Kunstenaars BBK and of the association Stichting 'De Werkschuit' (Amsterdam).  Her period of activity would consist between 1953 and 1991.   (Credit; Wikipedia)     This object is part of "Scan The World".
