Ahoy there, me hearties! This guy started out as a "quick" 3D sketch that I posted on Twitter. I immediately knew I needed to do something more with it, and this is the end result. Sculpting this one brought me a lot of joy, even though it took quite a while to finish :) What's the rat's story? I'm glad you asked! It started out as a conversation with my frind Vedran who asked where the guy's parrot was. I liked the idea, but in my sleep deprived state I figured what this guy really needed was a pet rat. So he got a rat. They have been inseparable ever since. It really doesn't need any supports? I didn't need any when printing it, but your mileage may vary. I had a couple of areas with a litle bit of sagging, but it printed just fine. As usual if you are in doubt and know your printer doesn't do overhangs very well, add those supports and print away :) What else should I know? That The Shield is one of the best TV shows of all time, and I highly recommend it.

Hello, 3D printer people, thank you for stopping by! I have been sculpting digitally and 3D modeled on and off for the past 11 years. Most of this time for fun as a hobby, but also a few years professionally working in the games industry. Nowadays my day job is completely unrelated to 3D (or art in general) and it is back to "only" being a hobby I enjoy. I discovered 3D printing, and bought my first printer (a CR-10S), in late 2017 and have been almost exclusively creating art to be printed since then, and have also been sharing most of the things I make with the rest of the community. Again, thank you for stopping by, and I hope you find something you like!
