NEWEST VERSION OF FRAME CAN BE FOUND HERE: http://bit.ly/2mGyoQ4   I have published these files for FREE download! Please go to my youtube video and hit the like button if you think this is a good frame design. This frame is the 11th iteration in my micro quad frame design that I started designing after flying the QX90. The QX90 opened my eyes to how much fun a micro sized quad could be. I have put a lot of time into making this frame the best possible solution for anyone looking to build a sub 100mm quadcopter. A lot of crashing helped me determine the weak points in this frame and I did my best to keep weight down while also making this thing as tough as possible.      How to install electronics video can be found here: Micro Quad Electronics   BOM (ORDER THESE PARTS TO MAKE ONE)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Spintech Brushed Motors (8.5X20):http://amzn.to/2fXujVM SP Racing F3 Evo Flight Controller:http://bit.ly/2lsf0q5 Ladybird Props:http://amzn.to/2dxYNMs Tiny SBUS 8 CH FGrSky Rx:http://bit.ly/2l69Svu Crazy Pony 25mW FPV camera:http://amzn.to/2m31YSY   Features~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Frame with motor mounts Weighs 10.8 grams  100mm diagonal X 70mm across motor spacing fits parrot props  Stiff enough to keep out nasty oscillations that play tricks on flight controller  FPV camera protection keeps everything safe during a crash  Micro Losi connector hard mounted to frame to keep wires out of props  Motor wires are routed inside arms to keep wires from getting damaged or snagged  Frame arms support brushed motors from the bottom to prevent the shaft pushing the back plate off  Integrated flight controller standoffs make mounting electronics easy  Antenna passages in right side arms parallel with motor wires to keep antenna safe and out of the way  Designed to hold 8.5X20 brushed motors  Use F3 Evo Micro flight controller with the 8ch tiny Frsky Rx

I am a mechanical engineer with a knack for making. 3D printing, quadcopters, drones, and arduinos are a few of my favorite things. I am the type of person that enjoys the process of designing and fabricating almost more than using the finished product. I often start projects just to learn how to do something. Always trying to broaden my skill set and learn more about how the world around me works.
